It’s great that these new smart phones can take such incredible video, audio and pictures. In the past it took tens of thousands of dollars in equipment to produce the video quality that today is available to anyone with pants pockets and a cellular plan.

But I’ve always found taking video frustrating because that incredible camera is trapped within an awkward little wafer that can’t be mounted on any tripod that I’m aware of.

So I’ve taken the ultra-thin design that Steve Jobs spent half his life working toward and made it huge and clunky again!

Food Grade Buckets

Want to know if your buckets are food grade? Checking is easy, just find the recycling symbol and cross reference with this article.

The best food grade buckets are HDPE, symbol #2. HDPE represents high-density polyethylene. The molecules of HDPE are more tightly packed and stable than other food grade plastics, meaning less plastic can leach into your precious food stores. HDPE also builds a better bucket since it’s a very sturdy type of plastic.

Spirulina Farm

Spirulina isn’t the sort of food you want to spread on toast or eat in a gourmet restaurant, but its bland taste doesn’t make it any less amazing.

Considered a “superfood,” this algae grows in salt water and is dried and stored in powder form. Just one and a half pounds of this stuff can provide enough nourishment to keep a full grown man alive for an entire month!
